Stonebridge RV Resort in Maggie Valley, North Carolina: Sites and Lodging

The operator lists these campsite categories at Stonebridge RV Resort, Maggie Valley NC:

  • Premium Creek and Standard Creek sites
  • Premium Pull Through and Standard Pull Through sites
  • Premium Back In and Premier Back In sites

The website says the sites are a mix of gravel and grass. It does not give hookup amperage on the pages checked for this guide, so check with the campground if your rig needs a specific service.

How many sites does Stonebridge have?

The sources disagree, so both are cited and not blended. Stonebridge’s own website says it has more than 260 sites. The Maggie Valley Chamber of Commerce directory lists 190 sites for the same property. Because the figures differ, treat the number as unconfirmed and ask the campground.

Cabins, cottages and other lodging

The campground’s website also lists non-camping stays:

  • Cabins and dry cabins (the site says they sleep 3 to 4; dry cabins have no bathroom)
  • Deluxe chalets (sleep 4)
  • Creekside cottages, a creekview cottage and a country cottage (sleep 6)
  • A chateau (sleeps 6, with two bathrooms)

The campground’s rates page lists minimum stays for these: no minimum for dry camping cabins, two nights for cabins and deluxe chalets, and three nights for the creekside and creekview cottages, the country cottage and the chateau. The website also mentions tiny homes and park model homes for purchase, which is separate from camping.

Facilities listed by the campground

According to Stonebridge’s website: a swimming pool, a splash pad, a playground, a game room, basketball, volleyball and horseshoe courts, fire rings, a bathhouse, laundry, a covered pavilion, a community center, motorcycle shelters, WiFi and a fenced dog run. The campground’s rules page states that current staff are trained through the American Red Cross in CPR, first aid and AED use, with an AED kept in the front office.

The Chamber of Commerce entry for the property mentions full hook-ups, creekside sites, tents, a dining hall, showers and laundry. Treat any facility that appears in only one of the two sources as something to confirm.

Season and Reservations

The pages of the campground’s website checked for this guide do not state fixed open and close dates, and the rates page points to special winter rates by phone. Use the campground’s own reservation page and our listing for the current schedule. Online booking is available through the campground’s website. Promotions, where offered, carry their own conditions that the campground posts.

On cancellations, the campground’s rules page sets separate terms for daily or weekly stays and for monthly stays, with shorter windows carrying less or no refund, and says holiday reservations are non-refundable. Read the current policy before booking. The rates page adds that leaving early because of weather or other events results in no refund. This guide gives no prices; the campground’s rates page is the place to check them.

Getting There and Location

The campground’s website gives its location as Soco Road (Highway 19) in Maggie Valley. The listing page has the map. The website states the Blue Ridge Parkway is minutes away, and describes the property as sitting along Jonathan Creek. This guide gives no drive times because the sources checked did not provide them.
